So do i! I wonder the same thing, what kind of face creams can heal or change holes in the face! My answer to you is Proactiv. Even though Proactiv talks about the other skin conditions it helps, i will probably try it myself to see. Hey, it cant hurt. If it wont help the holes, it will help, period!
