In what age we should start using Anti ageing face cream?

The second question is:in what age we should start using nigth creams? What do you think,is the best to use creams and a lot of thinks for face from the early age or no?Some people say that is good, but some say no,what is the true?%26gt;In what age we should start using Anti ageing face cream?
I think the early 20's is a good time. We may not need it but I'd rather use it as prevention rather than repair cream. In what age we should start using Anti ageing face cream?
oh, just forget it. people are going to get old, trying to not look old with lotions and potions will just give you more worry lines. its all silly.

just look however you look. its a marketing ploy anyway.
i think all people should be using antiaging and night creams, it's easier to hold off premature aging, than it is to reverse it. spf is most important.
Nothing will stop you ageing! Just a good diet and a good moisturiser. A lot of it is hereditary-whether you age well or not. Anti-ageing is nonsense-it will not stop your skin ageing-it is a process of life. If thes creams workd-all of our multimillionars would look like they were under 30!
I thank when you start getting wrinkles people can notice you need it.

You don't need to use anti-aging products at least in your twenties, but you do need to use good skin care products and techniques. This includes sunscreen and a moisturiser for your type skin. As you get older your skin's needs will change and you will use products as appropriate. But it is good to get into the habit now, and then be aware of your skin and its needs as you mature.
i started using moisturizer back in my late 20's and anti aging creams in my 30's now i am about to be 40 and still look like i am 32.
If you're asking now, you probably need to start now. There are so many things that affect our skin on a daily basis that any form of treatment we can use now will help us later on too. I am very fair skinned and use Oil of Olay skin moisterizer with the spf 15 in it. I have moisturized my skin, plus protected it from the harmful rays from the sun. Both of which are the key to keeping skin looking wonderful. I use aloe lotions at night as it is less greasy and easy to afford and does moisturize real well. It's never to late to start.
use face creams when your young to look good when your old. oil of Ola works good, if you don't care about $ try Elizabeth grant her products work really good, you can look for her stuff at Qvc.
if ur young then dont use it because later on it will effect on u.the perfect age for that is probably at age 36 - 40 but not when ur younger than that.
anti-aging?i dunno..maybe near 30
Start when you are in your 20's. Better start young and not late when the damage has been done and you are spending big bucks on Botox.

I have big pores, I have tried a lot of face creams & masks, but nothing helps-and what to do about red veins?

Thread veins can be a total pain in the ****. I've had them around my nose for as long as I can remember. I always find that using a green toned concealer helps to reduce the redness, then cover with regular concealer and a dusting of face powder to give it staying power. One of my fave concealers for doing a great job is Laura Merciers secret camouflage.

What causes Thread veins?

Thread veins can be caused by too much exposure to the sun over the years.

They may also be inherited. Thread veins can sometimes be a sign of rosacea, a skin condition, or can result from overuse of steroid creams.

Thread veins are more obvious after mid-life, when the skin becomes thinner and loses some of its collagen.

The treatment

Until now treating veins was a lengthy and painful process using needles during surgery. The VascuLight system is designed to treat unsightly veins simply, safely and using a non-invasive process without disruption to normal activities. Any post-treatment redness normally fades within a few hours.

Treatment is performed using a intense pulsed light technology or laser, and often a combination of both technology are used. The light is absorbed into the haemoglobin in the blood producing heat energy which effectively destroys the vein.

Veins usually require a series of treatments over a period of time. Even smaller vessels require time to resolve successfully.

No stripping or injections are used.

So, if you are squeamish, and hate needles, then this would probs be the best treatment for you, although as it's a new treatment it may cost a bit more. See the link below to view their website.

With regards to your pores, there are many things you could do to help minimize them. I too have suffered bouts of huge poore groseness, and I find the most helpful things you can do are as follows:

1 - Just about any clay facial mask will clean your skin and make it feel tighter and the pores appear smaller, so consider treating your skin to one once or twice a week. A few that I like are Beauty Without Cruelty Purifying Facial Mask, Estee Lauder So Clean Deep Pore Mask, Kiss My Face Organics Deep Pore Cleansing Masque, Better Botanicals Refining Facial Mask, and Garden Botanika Skin Renewing Clarifying Facial Mask.

2 - Use makeup as sparingly as possible. Heavy foundations can settle in your pores and make already large pores appear larger by caking on the skin. Be meticulous in your application: apply foundation with a clean makeup sponge and blend carefully for a smooth, even finish. When you apply powder, use a large fluffy brush and be sure to dust off any excess from your skin.

3 - Keep your skin clean. This doesn't mean excessive washing or scrubbing (cleanse twice a day, gently scrub only once or twice a week), but at least make sure to remove all your makeup and wash your face every night before you go to bed, and try to avoid cosmetics and skin care products that make your skin breakout (the products that do can be different for everybody).

4 - Keep your makeup tools like sponges and brushes very clean. Any bacteria, oil, or dirt they may carry can settle in your pores every time you apply makeup. I recommend washing your brushes every two weeks in a mild hair shampoo or brush cleaner, and sponges as soon as all sides are dirty (also in a mild liquid soap or shampoo).

Also, if you haven't tried it yet, I would suggest DR FEELGOOD by my fave make-up brand Benefit. It's a face palm that helps to cover up shine and totally reduces the visibility of your pores, i've tried it and it never fails! it also smells divine and makes your skin look really healthy and feel velvety smooth.

Hope this helps, and good luck! XI have big pores, I have tried a lot of face creams %26amp; masks, but nothing helps-and what to do about red veins?
Believe it or not Toner doesn't actually reduce your pore size, it only removes the cleanser you have used and strips your skin of moisturising oils. I personally would set into a good routine and get a decent cleanser with a face 'cream' to put on afterwards which constantly exfoliates all your dead skin through out the day, thus removing all dried dead skin from inside and on top of your pore. If you do this and then make sure you moisturise afterwards this should help. Plenty of water also. When you wash in the morning use as much cold water afterwards as you can stand to reduce the swelling that the warm water has caused.

Try going to a consultation at a beauty salon, they will be able to recommend some products that will assist with your own personal skin care routine.I have big pores, I have tried a lot of face creams %26amp; masks, but nothing helps-and what to do about red veins?
the thing that gets rid of pores ( i guarantee it will work) it buy a face massager they are cheap these days you can pick up a whole kit for 20/25.

when washing your face in the morning use the cleansing brush you get with your set then after you moisturised use the face massager doing circular movements and do this 3 times a week and if you dont notice the difference in 2 weeks i'l eat my hat.

good luck and peace
Face creams and masks won't help your situation. If anything, they will probably make it worse.

Use these two products twice a day ($25 for both the treatment cream and serum, $5 shipping), after you cleanse your skin with a GENTLE cleanser...

http://skinactives.com/products/acnecont鈥?/a>

Treatment Cream - apply after you cleanse your skin and before your moisturizer

Serum - apply after your moisturizer

By the way, I had the same skin problems as you. About 2 weeks after I added these two products to my skincare routine, my skin problems virtually vanished!
Squeeze a lemon and put the juice on your face to reduce the size of your pores, it works. Or buy hydrogen peroxide-based acne cream, apply it so that the skin does not completely absorb it and leave it on overnight. As for red veins... I wish I knew the answer to that, I just cover them up!
Hello. U may need to change ur entire face care products - it sounds as if u have oily/combonation skin -therefore you may have excess oil, skin may be sallow - an astringent such a witch hazel is good for minimising pores. As for red viens on the face they can be removed easily and relatevly painfully by a beauty therapist with a machine that is used for electrolysis - there is a probe with a very fine needle - to remove the vein u have to insert the needle in to the skin and a current is passed down to cauterise the blood supply - the results are amazing instantly the veins will disappear - although little scabs will form after treatment - DO NOT PICK these as they will scar - allow to drop of naturally and u will be perfect! good luck hun.
for the red veins you could try 'stretch mark' cream... if you rub it in every day it will reduce them but probably won't make them dissapear altogether.
you should see a dermatologist for your skin to see what they would recommend for you.
i had the same problem and believe me no gel, cream or product will work! Pores are like the hairs on your legs if you shave them they come back in a few days, but if you wax them then they stay off for a while! So use pore strips! Just rip the little buggers off! It hurts but beauty hurts!

As for red veins there is a product in the avon catalog that works really well! I think it's activeclinic!
use clinque pore minimiser gel for your pores its really good i dono bout your veins laser can remove them but its a bit pricy
go for a facial. dermalogica facials where the therapist will extract ur blackheads and minimalise ur pores. u need 2 find ur nearest dermalogica salon.
im an avon rep and my duty is to advice people on products.

ive tried using remmel, loreal, etc and still would use avon. im not saying it because i work for them. the reason why i decided to become an avon rep is because the products are really good and cheap.

if you have an avon rep by you ask for a catalogue or if you email me at hannah_clarke32@hotmail.co.uk i will send you a catalogue.

theres a product your prob familiar of called clearskin. i highly recomend you buy the invigorating cleansing scrub. this is to be used once a week, you can actually feel your skin breathe. also the dual action cleanser with microbeads. this is a daily facial wash and relly works.

both those products i highly recomend and is really worth buying. for both these products your looking at 拢4.00 because its buy one get one free.
The Clinique pore minimiser range is very good and the only thing to do about thread veins is cover them or have them removed. Lay off the sunbeds/sun and the booze to prevent any more thread veins

What is a good retinol face cream?

I would like something fairly high potency. Many are sold in drug stores, but I don't know how good they are. Does anyone have the name of a really good one, and where can I get it?What is a good retinol face cream?
I love Neutrogena's Healthy Skin anti-wrinkle cream. It is a retinol cream with multi-vitamins. I have been using it for about 2 months with great results. I think that the box says that it is a night cream. What is a good retinol face cream?
See if Avon or oil of olay makes one, they are the best face creams out there. Don't buy the expensive stuff and waste your $$.

  • Can I put on moisturizing face cream after I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Cleanser every morning?

I really need the moisturizing face cream right before I go to school, because my face feels really dry and white. I wear it every morning. But If I use cleanser, then dry my face with a towel and then put the face cream on, will that be okay? Does Avon moisturizing face creams and lotions clog pores, because I use an Avon face cream. Can I put on moisturizing face cream after I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Cleanser every morning?
Of course using a moisturizer after using a cleanser is acceptable, it is highly advised. I have never tried Avon's face cream, but Cetaphil's moisturizing lotion works wonders and never creates oily skin or pimples. Can I put on moisturizing face cream after I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Cleanser every morning?
    Well of course!

    Putting a moisturizer is important.

But if you're not so sure about the effect it will cause, well stop using it if it's already irritating your skin then just search for a right product for your skin.

Do you have a dry skin?

    Try Aveeno Moisturizer then.
What is your age? Is it just dry skin you have?

Has anyone used aldi's siana face creams?

what if any improvements have you noticed?Has anyone used aldi's siana face creams?
I use them, my BF does, my mum, my nan and my dad! I love them. My skin is so much softer and it's a great base for make up. I switched from Clinique to Aldi and I like the Aldi one so much better. My mum and nan sware it helps with lines too x x

ADD Musicman I dunno how Aldi is a complete rip off its exactly the same as buying own makes in other supermarkets. It's just cheaper and from experience much better quality. Who cares if it's from Germany, do you honestly think everything in Tesco is from Britain?!Has anyone used aldi's siana face creams?
i have both the night cream and day cream. it smells a bit funny but apart from that its ok. it's only 拢1.89 so even if it doesnt work your not loosing much
DONT BUY ALDI PRODUCTS!!!! Aldi is a conplete rip off. They import all of their products from Germany!
Yes and they are quite good. also very cheap to buy.

Ladies have you tried any face cream where you saw real and tangible results?

More clarity, more firmness and better color? What is your favorite? Please, I don't want to hear from any salespeople. Thank you.Ladies have you tried any face cream where you saw real and tangible results?
It took more than just a cream for me; I improved my diet, and stopped using products that have harmful toxins in them (now I stick to Burt's Bee's), such as:

    * Mineral Oil, Paraffin %26amp; Petrolatum – Petroleum products coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatological issues, like slowing cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging. Suspected cause of cancer %26amp; Disruptive of hormonal activity.

    * PARABENS – Such as methyl- propyl- butyl- %26amp; ethyl- parabens: Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.

    * Phenol carbolic acid – Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.

    * Propylene glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, may inhibit skin cell growth, and is a skin irritant and sensitizer.

    * Acrylamide – Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.

    * Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) – Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in over 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived'; - and is found in many popular body washes and toothpastes!

    * Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.

    * WAXES – Such as Paraffin, Candelilla Wax, Carnuba Wax: Waxes are widely used in cleansing creams, eye creams, and moisturizers. Waxes clog pores, creating blackheads and whiteheads. They also smother the skin, which over time creates an enlarged pore problem.

    * Lanolin – A yellow, semi-solid, fatty secretion from sheep’s wool is widely used in skin and beauty care products. It can cause an allergic reaction in some people, as well as enlarged pores.

    * Acetone – Used in nail polish and nail polish removers, this colorless, volatile liquid is often used in astringents, fresheners, or clarifying lotions. It is extremely toxic and will dehydrate the skin, while speeding up the aging process.

    * ALCOHOLS – Such as Isopropyl Alcohol, SD Alcohol 40, Ethyl Alcohol: Alcohols dissolve the body’s natural moisturizers and strip the skin of its protection, leaving it vulnerable to infection. Alcohols destroy skin’s pH balance, and since they absorb water, they speed up wrinkling.

    * FD%26amp;C – When this abbreviation precedes the name of a color, it means that the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has certified it as safe for use in drugs and cosmetics, but not food. D%26amp;C colors are usually synthetic, coal tar colors. They’re toxic and should be avoided when at all possible.

    * Dioxane – Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin. Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum stripping”. Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden language on labels, such as “comes from coconut”.

IF SO, you should throw them away IMMEDIATELY and Tell ALL your friends and family!!! (Extra-virgin olive and/or coconut oils are great alternative moisturizers, and they contain natural sunscreens, until you find something else without these toxins) Hope this helps!!! Good luck!!!!!

What's the best kind of anti-aging face cream for a 20 year old girl to use to PREVENT signs of aging?

If it makes any difference, I'm a well complected Hispanic. What's the best kind of anti-aging face cream for a 20 year old girl to use to PREVENT signs of aging?
I would recommend trying active hydrating by olay. I use it, I am 21, and I love it! It is not exactly an anti-aging cream but it hydrates your skin. My skin looks wonders! If you search online about the cream there are many women claiming that the cream has slowed down aging by alot. I also use alot of sun screen: I put it on after I put on the olay cream. Give it a try =)What's the best kind of anti-aging face cream for a 20 year old girl to use to PREVENT signs of aging?
Sun block or screen that protects agents uva uvb rays.

In truth a large reason you see people that look like crumpled up leather bags has allot to do with their diets. Diets rich in fresh organic fruits, vegetables, as well as fiber rich whole grains, and healthy fatty acids found in nuts seeds and fish, repair and keep your skin healthy from the inside out. Artificial chemicals damage your body and skin this is why organic foods and organic/natural Beauty products are very important.

Derma-e is an amassing non-gmo/organic Beauty company that is by far the best out there. I use their products and have been over joyed. You will be too.
    SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN

    it does wonders!

its protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays

(UVA rays are sun damaging rays that speed up aging apperance)

(UVB rays are powerful heat exposure that causes sun damage/burns)

minimum spf30 in the spring/summer time, spf15 in the fall/winter!

    DAILY
I have tried the Olay and it works for me.
Don't get too hung up on this at 20, but if you want to try some branded anti-aging creams for free that are risk-free, go to http://caring.beauty303.com/

I'm doing a project for school and I need advice on colors for a face cream container?

We are doing a project and we are supposed to produce Cream. We decided on producing face moisturizer. Now we are done but we don't know what color to pick for the container.

Some wanted to pick black cuz no one uses black and it would be eye-catching but I it is kind of depressive and not everyone would buy that.

The face moisturizer is supposed to give one a fresh and light feeling and we picked lemon grass for the fragnance.I'm doing a project for school and I need advice on colors for a face cream container?
Who would you market the creme to? If they are rich, young, and goth, black would be edgy and great, with a chome stripe...

Why not a pale lemongrass color?

What's a good face cream for women in their 20's?

I'm wondering what are some good creams for women in their 20's.

I have oily skin, and I'm prone to break-outs around my child and forehead. I want something that can make my face look brighter and healthier looking. What's a good face cream for women in their 20's?
loreal makeup has plenty of day creams and night creams, i have some myself and they work wonderfully. I too get break outs and putting a cream on could make it worse. try a face wash first, it doesnt have to be a big $$$ kind it can be something small and simple from a drug store even.

hope that helps!!!What's a good face cream for women in their 20's?
    Lovely lady,

I recommend what I use. First a cleanser/toner combo to address the oily skin issue: I use Coonobabe Pepino cleanser followed by their Manzanillo toner. Wash with cleanser, the pat dry with clean towel, then apply toner with cotton pad and allow to air dry. During hot and humid days, I repeat this process but it's worth it for a clean to the touch skin, and oil/pimple free http://www.coonobabe.com.

For face cream I use 2 products:

For the eye area: I use Extreme Eye Rescue made specifically for eye puffiness, wrinkles, dark circles (I call them raccoon eyes)

    http://www.isabellapelle.com/eyewrinklec鈥?/a>

For the rest of the face, hands, feet, arms I use their Preve extreme anti aging. http://www.isabellapelle.com/antiagingcr鈥?/a> It contains the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. I also have fines lines and it has greatly diminished them, so much so, that I got another bottle for my mother she has very dry hands, and forehead wrinkles. After 1 month of use, my mom's hands are no longer dry, and her forehead wrinkles have dminished greatly. Hope this helps you as it did for me and my mother.

  • What will happen if i use nair face cream on my upper lip?

i know nair works really well and i've handled the burning before on my face, but im not sure about how it'll look. my mom's trying to convince me not to do it and she keep talking about it growing back and stuff. does anybody else use it and how often do you have to redo it so that it doesnt look weird? What will happen if i use nair face cream on my upper lip?
If your skin is sensitive it might be red for a few days but a little moisturizer should help that. It grows back slowly and does not come back blacker or thicker because it comes out at the root. I have to do it once a month but everyone is different. What will happen if i use nair face cream on my upper lip?
i trim mine with a tiny pair of hand scissors

i watched my friend do it and its very affective

More frequently I have read that even expensive face creams are not worth the money. Any comments or knowldge

Ulay was voted the best of the lot in tests with even creme de la mer not being particulary useful!!More frequently I have read that even expensive face creams are not worth the money. Any comments or knowldge
I have used Philosophy products for about 2 years and the change in my skin texture and fine lines is amazing, so I can't agree that they aren't worth the money. People are always telling me how young I look %26amp; my skin feels like a baby's. Although not ridiculously expensive, they sure aren't cheap.More frequently I have read that even expensive face creams are not worth the money. Any comments or knowldge
    hey hunni,

i read in a magazine once that most of the creams and moisturisers and especially anti wrinkle mads, contain shocking ingredients!!!

im not lying hunni, but some contain placenta, skin cells of aborted babies and some contain mens forskin,

they dont put it on the lable and there is currently an uproar about it, but trust me....

the bast thing you can use i say...is soap. dove soap. its got nothing in it, it WILL NOT dry your skin, and it smells divine!!
yeah i've heard that anti wrinkle creams etc arent that good...
It does seem to be the case, although I have seen a lot of research that Creme de la Mer does do something and make a difference. I think in general its keeping your skin moisturised that is the important thing, everything else is just extra. I always use Boots own Botanics range because its pretty natural and my skin really likes it - its also very cheap! I used to use Clarins and Clinique and think Botanics is nicer personally.
yep , they aint worth it at all , my mum spent 拢125 on this cream that was supposed to tone her face and it hasnt done anything , they only thing that does work though are botoxes but they are abit expensive , hope that answered your question x
Halle Berry even mentioned this one her website http://www.hallewood.com

the reason is most of these products have the SAME ingredients the only difference are the fragances and the packaging they use to make people feel like they are buying something that has more quality, and effectiveness when really youre just wasting money. stick to a simple face cream but more importantly focus on wearing suncsreen to prevent signs of aging, and eating right and working out even if you feel you are in shape this will get your skin in top shape.
Creme de La Mer is amazing. It is very rich but corrects skin damage. I had some sun damage and also scars from skin cancer biopsies and have used creme de la mer for about 5 years. It is worth the money. My face broke out at first, but then my skin looked amazing. After using the face cleanser, face tonic, cream and serum from creme de la mer for 5 years, I started experimenting with other brands to save a little money.

I now use DHC, which is a Japanese company that heavily samples (you probably get catalogs with samples in the mail. Try them. They are really good!) Now, I use DHC olive essentials kit: cleanser, soap %26amp; toner, with creme de la mer creme and Fusion Beauty eye cream and lip treatment, Clarins neck and decollate cream. I slap on some Dr. Brandt's Pores No More, mascara and some Prada lip balm and I am good to go.

My skin looks great. Creme de la Mer actually healed my skin, including my scars. I am 36 and my skin looks like I am in my 20's-- better than when I was in my 20's actually.

It costs 1200 for 16.5 ounces, but you can keep it in the fridge and dish it out in small jars. If you buy at Neiman Marcus during a Beauty Event, they will load you up on free samples-- enough La Mer daily routine kits to last you a month. It will last in the fridge indefinitely and the 16.5 lasts me almost 3 years. You do not need to warm it up in your hands first, That's wasteful. The heat of your facial skin is good enough to activate it.

Oil of Olay is horrible. It may have a seemingly nice texture and may seem to hydrate the first day you use it, but after long time use, your skin will look terrible. You get what you pay for with face creams. If you use face cream from the drugstore, it'll have alcohol in it, cheap perfumes and additives.

Whoever voted Olay as best must have compared it to Seabreeze and Dove. They definitely did not use La Mer. And that's the truth.

Also, Fusion Beauty products are really really good. I've never had Botox and with Fusion Beauty (LiftFusion and LipsFusion, I will never need Botox).

I know this is long winded, but keep in mind that diet and lifestyle really has an effect on your skin. So, if you don't smoke and drink lots of water and eat lots of raw vegetables, you will improve your skin. Heredity also plays a part but the right products can slow the look of aging.
i've been using mary kay ';time wise'; products since they came out and i'm very happy with them!!!
i think clinique is the best skincare out there. its high priced if youre poor (like me lol) but in the grand scheme of things, midpriced.
Most of them don't work. The only good skin care products contain collagen and are injected into your face.
its usually the % of anti oxidants etc dat makes them good but anything wit marine ingrediants is especially good for the skin clinque have a new antioxidant moisturiser which is very good but a lot of the time it can be the name your paying for
Mary Kay has been the #1 skin care brand for 13 consecutive years...they are great!!
    Look at http:/my.oriflame.co.uk/cosmetics_and_je鈥?br>

There's loads of good stuff whether your little, middle-aged or old
Clinique has been the best for me so far.

I have tried Olay and Simple as they are fragrance free (I have sensitive skin) but after a while my skin gets dry red and sore and it stings if I use these products.

I have been using clinique for about 18 months. My skin still get the odd dry patch, but it doesn't sting when I use the Clinique products.

    Can't fault it!!
Take away my Christian Dior Capture First Action cream and risk death.. It may be all down to genes and placebo effect, but it seems to have prevented any fine lines so far and my skin feels great so I'm sticking with it!
I find that anything with dead sea minerals works a treat for me.My mum uses Olay and people think she is about 55 when she is 65.

I accidentally got face cream in my eye?

I felt it on my eyelashes, then my eyes started stinging and now they are kind of red. I've done this accidentally before but I don't think the quantity was as much. I don't mean to sound like I'm freaking out, but has this happened to anyone else? How serious is it?I accidentally got face cream in my eye?
I dont know how serious it is but try flushing your eyes with water for 5 to 10 minutes. It may not reduces the redness immediately but it should provide some relief. If it continues to be red and irritated call a doctor.I accidentally got face cream in my eye?
    use eye drops
Um well your not going to go blind or anything jesus. Just rinse it out with some water.

Is a face cream which contains added frangrance bad for your skin?

What are the effects of 'parfum' within a face cream on one's skin? Is it better to use an unfragranced product, or is that only necessary for those with sensitive skin? Can fragrance have a detrimental effect on the skin?Is a face cream which contains added frangrance bad for your skin?
The best face creams I've found are made with natural ingredients, such as Dr Haushka, Weleda from health shops.

    My favourite is called Miracle Lotion (it says it's for dry skin but can be used on normal skin also);

it contains 14 Natural Herbs, extracted with a low heat process that preserves their effectiveness. The 7 natural oils, including rich Olive Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. It's avaiable from Victoria Health:

KKIs a face cream which contains added frangrance bad for your skin?
it will most likely make your skin extremely dry. that's what happened to me. it was like red %26amp; chapped almost with like pealing kind of.. then when i put make up over it, it looked reallllly bad.
well i dont know the answer to that but its always best to use face cream which is organic nd full of fruits nd that etc. its always better 2 ask ur doctor if ur gettin problems with it - jst dont use it. i use a cream made from apple nd something else Lol nd it dosent cause any problems. it just smooths skin :D
the ';cleaner'; the product the better i think. what use is parfum in face creams? doesnt do anything! i agree with the clinique posting. i tried it myself and it was so harsh and i had loads of breakouts because of it.
I don't think fragrances are bad for your face unless you're allergic to them. I'm lucky that my skin isn't really sensitive, but for some reason Clinique absolutely tears me up - that's the only stuff that does bother me.
I find if i use a perfumed cream on my face it irrates my skin.

    I prefer unfragranced products.
chemical fragrances are not good, but if you can find something with a natural fragrance from an essential oil, they can be very good.
    Depends on your allergies
Those with sensitive skin cannot use added fragrances. Those with normal skin can use them with no problem.

What do women think about men using products such as face creams ect..?

I think it's fine... it shows that you care about yourself and your appearance. Which is a good thing! What do women think about men using products such as face creams ect..?
Other men think its gay but no way it isnt.why should woman just have to look after there apprance all the time its about time men start to aswellWhat do women think about men using products such as face creams ect..?
I think its about time men were encouraged to look after their skins

I also think they should be allowed to dye their hair when they start to go grey like women do without people making fun of them
I think it's perfectly normal. My husband has always taken care of himself and he looks great! I am teaching my 14 yr. old son how to keep his skin healthy. However there is a difference between healthy concern and narcissism. Same with women. ;)
I don't think there's anything wrong with that. My husband has face lotions that are made specifically for men. If they were designed and marketed, there must be a need for them.
I think you should, it is a good thing, men have skin adn it needs to be looked after too, anyone saying anydifferent is wrong.
The same men think about women using them: men want women to look their best, but do not want to know how it was achieved. The same for men.
there is absolutely nothing wrong with male grooming. infact i like it when a man takes care of himself like that
i don't think its all that weird. Guys need to get rid of zits and age spots just as much as us girls. I say if it makes u shimmer or look like ur wearing make up, stop, just stop it. thats a girls job to look all done up, but if it just to clear up ur face, then more power to ya!
Why not? They have skin too
Men get dry skin too, I don't want to kiss a scaly face in the morning and neither does he.
As long as he doesn't have more products than me I'm ok with it. If he has zit cream, facewash, and stuff like that, then it means he takes care of himself. A woman should love a man that takes care of the little things like that. Now if he uses like exfoliating masks, age defying lotion, and moisturizer I'd be a little iffy about him. It would make me think he's more of a woman than I am and that he's either gay or metrosexual. I'm ok if he uses a lot of different shampoos and conditioners and gel and hair products. I love a man with good hair. My boyfriend thinks I have too many beauty products. He uses my zit cream and face wash, but he always asks why I use moisturizer and face cream and all this other stuff. He doesnt' see the point of it.
I think its fine for guys to use anything like face creams etc, why not if it helps you feel and look good then go for it.

I think most women would agree with me, my boyf shares most of my body lotions nice to pamper yourself.

    go for it!!!
You'll get a very mixed reaction. I would think you were smart. Women use all of those products on their face because it improves the health of their skin and slows aging. No matter what women think of it now won't matter when you're in your fifties and have the skin of a thirty year old. Use whatever you want and you'll feel and look better. Just make sure you don't overdo it, you might clog your pores.
I think it's great, why shouldn't men take pride in their appearence?

Mens skin needs to be looked after too, i think its about time that skin care for men was made as popular as it is for women.
It's a great idea. It's understandable that some guys have acne and dry skin that can't be completely controlled but it's nice if a guy puts out the effort to keep the skin on his face nice. I say go for it.
My wife thinks it's great since she wants me to look my best for as long as possible.
it's normal and is optimal for good beauty hygiene.
well it depends what u use its ok to clense and moistorize but some stuff i might think your gay like face packs ect...
I think it's ok, y shouldn't a man, he wants 2 look good 2 right? I encourge my husband 2 try things out, heck I will help him if he wants, I want my man 2 always look as good as he can
errrr what do men think about women using face creams ,whats the difference
Why not. Men like to take care of their appearance as much as women. good on them

What's a good moisturizing face cream for this harsh winter weather?

I have very dry, sensitive skin, especially in the winter. Can anyone suggest a good face cream I can use (that's not oily) that will hydrate and moisturize my skin for a good 8 hours? Thanks!!What's a good moisturizing face cream for this harsh winter weather?
eucerin lotion for sensitive skin...It works well and I have very dry skin now since im on retin A and this stuff worksWhat's a good moisturizing face cream for this harsh winter weather?
I don't know about face cream, but I'll tell you what has been the miracle product for me. I am 48, and, up until last year, I would always have very nasty chapped and dry hands, sometimes to the point to where they would actually bleed, that was brought on by the winter cold. No cream I tried would do anything to eliminate the problem. One day, my wife bought Lever brand soap for me, and it has done wonders, due to the fact that it contains Vaseline. I haven't had a problem with chapped dry hands since. I swear by it! (All brands of Lever Soap have it, so it doesn't matter what fragrance you choose).
any of the superdefenses by clinique are amazing! they also have different formulas for your skin type. the link below is for very dry to dry, but they also have regular and oily skins

    http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a>
Eucerin is what almost every dermatologist will tell you to get. you can get it at any drugstore.
I use Nivea face cream. It works amazingly. You can buy it at any local drugstore!
I like Aveeno. It's very gentle and it really helps. Try the Ultra Calming Daily Moisturizer.

  • Does it sound like the face cream has already expired?

    Hi,

I bought the Darphin face cream a while back. Just started to use it and noticed a little bit of oils floating on top and the texture of the cream is a bit watery. Does it mean the cream has expired or gone bad already? Since the cream was sooo expensive, feel bad not to use it at all. Dont have the receipt anymore and cant return it. Thanks!Does it sound like the face cream has already expired?
not completely sure but just shake it up and stir it around if there is no discoloration or bad odor, you SHOULD be fine :) to be sure take it to where you bought it or a place like it and ask someone who knows what they're talking about :)Does it sound like the face cream has already expired?
Just shake it. The cream has not expired sweety.
If it doesn't smell bad, then it probably just needs to be shaken up.

Must i use separate creams for the face & the eyes?

if so, what eye creams would you recommend for dark circles and puffy eye bags? thanks.Must i use separate creams for the face %26amp; the eyes?
You can use the face cream near your eye area, but eye creams are more moisturizing for you eyes. For the puffiness, a cool wash cloth may help. If not try cucumber slices, or eye gel pack that you put in the fridge. It just depends on how much time you want to spend on it. I use MaryKay moisturizers and eye cream and I love them. Try this website www.marykay.com/robinbenitz for more information. I know her personally and she is great!Must i use separate creams for the face %26amp; the eyes?
hmmmm, everyone says you have to but I am really not sure if it makes much difference. The under-eye area is very delicate so I guess the key is to use very little of any product in that area and to pat it on gently with your ring finger.
I use a different cream at night for my eyes, and I have found that with consistent use my dark circles minimize and my eyes are less puffy. I like Burts Beeswax Royal Jelly eye cream. It's nice and thick and plus, since it's Burts, I know it is all natural and not tested on animals. It's a bit expensive (like $15) and it may seem like a lot but you use so very little that it lasts forever. Also, I use it above my eyes after plucking, and it minimizes redness and swelling!
first off you can use different creams for face and eyes. dark puffy, bags under eyes - use somethings in the kitchen - used teabags - cucumber slices - also vitamin c and vitamin e are great on your skin make sure these are both in your face and eye cream.

Before applying sunscreen is it necesaary to apply face cream or any moisturiser?

It doesn't matter what skin type you are(dry, combination or oily), you suppose to use a moisturizer on your face all the time. For day to day you can use a custom fit moisturizer with SPF in it. Even if it's cloudy you still have to protect your skin. The UVA rays(UVB and UVA) damage your skin anyway.(Suggested product- Superdefence SPF 25- Clinique, affordable great moisturizer comes in 3 different textures for each skin type). But if you spend lots of time outside or if you lay on the beach you need to use a higher SPF on top of your moisturizer. Before applying sunscreen is it necesaary to apply face cream or any moisturiser?
It's not necessary but make sure the sunscreen is meant for the face if you have sensitive skin or if you have skin that is prone to breakouts. Also oily skin might break out if you use oil based sunscreens.

If you use a mineral sunscreen you should apply moisturizer first though. Before applying sunscreen is it necesaary to apply face cream or any moisturiser?
Well yes, it's pretty much a good idea to always moisturize.

I suggest looking for a moisturizer with SPF in it. I suggest trying out the Olay Complete with SPF 15 for Sensitive Skin (the one in the bottle). It was a little too thick for my oilier skin, but if you have normal to dry skin, I think it might work well :)

I suggest looking online for reviews on facial moisturizers and sunscreens, and picking out ones that you think are the best candidates for your skin, since no one knows your skin other than you.

What happens if you're a teenager and you use anti-aging face cream?

I'm 19 and I use anti-aging face cream. I don't have any acne etc. Does it do any harm to my skin either now or later? What happens if you're a teenager and you use anti-aging face cream?
Anti-ageing products usually contain stronger concentrations of ingredients to battle the effects of ageing on skin. I would not recommend using an anti-ageing cream yet. There will hardly be any anti-ageing effects and the strong chemicals my cause mild irritation

I know that you think that ';an ounce of prevention is worth a pound in cure'; and you are correct. However, you might want to try a new method. I am also 19 and have tried anti-ageing treatments before, only to be scolded by my dermatologist. The best prevention of ageing skin is to wear sunscreen during the day because excess sun speeds up the wear and tear of skin. At night, use a hydrating lotion for the face. Save your money and creams for your later years.

Good luck! What happens if you're a teenager and you use anti-aging face cream?
you end up back in nappies???????
dont do this, ur skin is still young u dont need it. It has harsh chemicals, taht can really damage ur skin. Dont do it anymore!!!
you get the face of a fetus
    something bad will happen
It is definitely going to start clogging your pores. You shouldn't be worrying about anti ageing at such a young age. If you really want to prevent ageing...WEAR SUNSCREEN everyday no matter if it is cloudy or not. That is the key!
You'll have the face of a 2 year old.

What is the best face cream to use during the day, when you don't really wear cover up or anything?

sunscreen if you're going to go outside. What is the best face cream to use during the day, when you don't really wear cover up or anything?
A tinted moisturizer that is oil free, at least spf 15, and something that is slightly tinted to give you a healthy glow. What is the best face cream to use during the day, when you don't really wear cover up or anything?
Sunscreen, with spf 25. However, some people don't like to wear sunscreen for various reasons, and if you want to go for a day cream, look for one with anti-oxidants, as these will protect your face from free radicals. Lancome makes excellent day creams. Hope that helps!
i really like the neutrogena oil free moisturizers with spf 15. they also have a tinted version that gives you anice bronzed look. (which is nice if you're not going to be wearing anythign else.)
i wear neutrogenas spf 15 light tint moisturiser, especially in the summer when you neeed that sunscreen. it also gives your face a slight glow- which is always good :]
i love and use oil of olay hydrating fluid
ponds face cream they have different types of cream for every type of skin

  • Any creams that will help the redness on my face caused my acne go away?

have pretty bad acne, and I'm trying to get away from the plastic face look caused my putting on too much foundation. I have to put on a lot of makeup to cover of the redness of my skin. Any creams that will help even my skin tone?Any creams that will help the redness on my face caused my acne go away?
have you consulted with a dermatologist, and are you currently using medication?

I used to suffer from acne as well, and after seeing a dermatologist, I was able to get it all under control. It's really the best advice I can give. A lot of insurance companies cover it in their medical plans if money is an issue. If you can't or don't want to here are some ideas.

Make-up will def clog your pores and can cause more break outs. Try a brand like Prescriptives. It covers great but is non-comodogenic (non pore clogging). You won't have to cake it on to cover up. Also make sure you exfoliate and wash your face as soon as you get home. The less time you have make up on the better. My skin has cleared up amazingly by just not wearing make up.

A lil trick I used to use for redness was eye drops. Sounds weird I know, but it causes your blood vessels to contract decreasing the appearance of redness. It works for your eyes and skin. You can also try the green correcting concealer before applying your makeup. That helps with redness too.

Good luck!!Any creams that will help the redness on my face caused my acne go away?
Hello, Clean and Clear Deep action cream cleanser. Which is oil free. works really good on me. and you can actually feel it working. So I hope you find something that works for you.

My wife is looking for a GOOD face cream?

My wife is 50 years old, but looks 30!! She is trying to find a good face cream for daily use. She has combination skin, some dry places, some a little oily. Can anyone recommend a good quality face cream that would be good for this type of combination, and sensitive skin?My wife is looking for a GOOD face cream?
For daily use at her age Neutrogena is what I would recommend. they have a daily mosturizer with Alpha hydrocy acid and retnol. It will accelerate the cell turn over and keep balance out the skin PH. I have used it for 8 years now. Its around $12, and will last for 3+ months. This can be used at night. They also have a day Mousse with copper in it which she can wear under the make during the day time. That will promote collagen.

Hopw it works! My wife is looking for a GOOD face cream?
tell her to try beauticontrol products, they are awesome, they even have stuff for men. I love using these products you can find them at beauticontol.com
oil of olay or palmers is gud. i use olay all the time. but palmers is better so now i use palmers
I love Juicy Beauty products there organic and good on sensitive skin and face moisturizer for oily skin
Arbonne is very good. Also, Lancome. They are pricey, but worthy it. And you can get good deals on ebay. Buy the small sizes first, and try them out.
The best is Ponds. They have always worked well, and they are not very expensive. Oil of Olay is also great if you don't mind spending the extra money.
gosh, if she looks 30 for being 50, i should be the one asking her what's her secret? lol..

this is a little expensive, but arbonne international products are awesome, especially for mature skin..

What kind of face cream should I use?

I have sensitive skin and I'm looking for a face cream that doesn't make your face oily; and one that is moisturizing and locks in moisture. I used Ponds for a while but it was really thick, heavy and oily. Now I use somehting called H2O but you can only buy it at those stands and stuff so I'm looking for any good drug store face creams that are of a fair price as well. What kind of face cream should I use?
I too suffer from extremely sensitive skin, and I just bought Clean and Clear Day moisturizer. I like that it has spf, shine control, and is hypoallergenic. It was around 8 dollars which is awesome. The texture is soft and it doesnt leave a shiny gross mess on your face. It is definately worth a shot.

Hope this helps. What kind of face cream should I use?
ohkay yeah i'm just gonna get to the point here, basically you want a face cream that's not scented, because scented anything is not as good as the original type. scented creams tend to be more oily because it needs more chemical to create the smell, so you should always stick to the original one. I use the brand named Vaseline, it's pretty good, to me. but yeah...i heard nivea is good too...
I recommend to use dermaE is good for you and hydrate sensitive skin and is organic go to dermaE.com check it out.

What face cream, that is available in the UK, is suitable for getting rid of dark patches on the face?

hi.....i just want to know if anyone knows a cream which will help to clear the face of dark patches and will make a even tone and can u also tell me where I can get it from? What face cream, that is available in the UK, is suitable for getting rid of dark patches on the face?
    Hi:

The best way to find a cream that removes brown patches on hands or face you must check with the doctor. I have tried several creams that has acid which is suppose to be good removing those spots. Just a waste of money. There is also laser treatment from spas and doctors office I would go with that first.

Check with the doctor because anything stronger with acid is not sold at the stores. You need a prescription from the doctor.

I live in Canada and right now, I'm using Marcelle Hydra-C Complex E moisturizing gel-cream. It works really well but it costs about 20 dollars and the jar is 50 ml. Does anyone have a good face cream recommendation?

I'm 33 years old. My skin gets a bit dry, especially in the winter, but if I use the heavy creams for dry skin it will give me pimples. Maybe I am putting too much on or something.

I have a few light wrinkles on my forehead.

I want a great face cream to prevent aging and wrinkles. I am not sure where to start.

Is it a matter of just buying the most expensive bottle at the Estee lauder counter....or does someone have something better out there to recommend?Does anyone have a good face cream recommendation?
You really have to experiment. What works well for someone may not work for someone else. And expensive doesn't mean better. I've tried pretty much everything (unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating...) and although I like some better than others, price isn't what makes the difference.

I would use a treatment prior to the moisturizer cream though. Let it soak in a little before you put the moisturizer on. Neutrogena has ';intensive wrinkle serum'; which is pretty good, Clinique has ';repair treatment'; for face and another for eye area, Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown have similar products which are more expensive but don't work as well for me. You can also buy a little bottle of hyaluronic acid serum and put a little of that on before moisturizer.

If you don't want the 2 step process though, Dr Hauschka has some really good moisturizers that don't seem to cause pimples - I really like Rose day cream. It's thick but just use a tiny bit.Does anyone have a good face cream recommendation?
I use Aveeno daily renewal with collodial oatmeal. It gives me the moisture I need while the collodial oatmeal keeps my skin balanced and prevents breakouts. There is also a formula that's for wrinkles too. The formula I use comes in a pump bottle and has a green label on it. And I buy this at Wal-Mart. You may also be able to purchase this at you drug store. I have another helpful tip, this and a dab of Benadryl cream mixed in the palm of your hand works well in the summer time to dry and heal thoes pesky mosquito bites too. This is my own little concoction and it's the best thing I have found that works. I am allergic to thoes things and it's like a miracle relife to me. I also use this to moisturize with after my showers too.
I am not really into expensive cosmetics. I can recommend to you a GRAPE WINE therapy for your face. Put ample grape wine to cotton pads (the amount of cotton pads is just enough to cover your face) leave them to your face for 15 to 20 min.

Massage the cotton pads on your face (upward movements) and rinse your face with high in moisturiser facial wash.

This will make your face more natural looking and smooth and not oily.
Kinerase is a good one. It's light and doesn't cause break-outs (my skin is acne prone too). It's pricey though, about $100. It's sold at Sephora, but if you get it at a medi-spa, they sometimes give discounts after your first purchase.
i love arbonne when it comes to dry and wrinkling skin.. it's a bit pricey and i hate the mlm system.. but frankly, their products are good.

Alcohol in face and body creams?

Does the alcohol used in creams and lotions evaporate from the skin the moment they come in contact with the skin?

Is it right to think that these alcohols convert into other substances when mixed with another chemical to make cream or lotion? Or does it stay in its alcoholic state throughout?Alcohol in face and body creams?
Yes, the alcohol does evaporate very soon after you apply the products to your skin because of your body heat.

The alcohol is in its alcoholic state in the product. If alcohol were reacted with another chemical to make something in the product, the new chemical would be listed in the ingredients and not alcohol.

What face cream is best for a 24 year old to use?

I'm looking for something that helps prevent wrinkles and dark eye circles etc. as I get older.. Thanks! What face cream is best for a 24 year old to use?
dew drumWhat face cream is best for a 24 year old to use?
I like natural or gentle type brands like Aveeno, Philosophy, Avalon Organics, Johnson%26amp;Johnson...It's not too hard to find a decent overnight eye cream. Dark eye circles are often prevented by getting enough sleep.

Aside from natural aging that no one can prevent, wrinkles are mostly caused by sun exposure..so if you're going out in the sun wear something that has at least SPF 15 (could be sunblock/foundation/moisturizer/lipstick鈥?Smoking also promotes wrinkles..avoid it.
If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.

Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.

    http://www.lifecellskinreviews.com/
Creams or lotions do not help in reducing wrinkles if they are applied continuously on your face instead they will harm your skin by making it thin and loose.Don't use any cream or lotion for your face, just wash your face weekly with a simple face pact available in the body shops.
I use something called Obey Your Body, it works wonders and it's a 3 step system. When your done your skin is extremely soft and smooth. Blemishes are gone and my face feels refreshed, you should check it out!
i use the dove facial scrub cleanser then i use dove deep facial moisture facail lotion.

i works wonders but i use it EVERYDAY!

    i love it.
I can't say it enough... Shiseido. I started using it when I was 17 and 20 years later people still think I am in my mid-to-late twenties.
You have to take your skin type into consideration as well- is it dry? Oily? Combination?

what do you want to know exactly, what works best? i've used many different products and i am in love with jafra products. i have oily skin so i use an oil controlling moisturizer. i don't know if that helps, it really depends on your skin type.

What is a good skin firming/anti aging face cream?

I am 22, almost 23, and when I was younger, I was out in the sun and never wore sunscreen. I know I will have some long term affects, such as wrinkles, and now that I am older, I want to try to take better care of my skin and keep it looking younger.

So what are some good anti aging skin firming creams that are good to use long term? What is a good skin firming/anti aging face cream?
I watched the Insider the other day and they were doing a whole show about how Hollywood stars get their skin in shape and ready for red carpet events. They had a dermatologist who was inside a CVS pharmacy picking out some cheaper alternatives to much higher-priced, high-end creams that the stars use. She was profiling stars by age and said that in your 20s a good pick is Lumene Energy Cocktail which is a dupe for some $95 dollar cream that I completely forget the name of now. I am totally adding it to my shopping list. I have already discovered Lumene and have had great results from their products. Truly a top-quality brand :)What is a good skin firming/anti aging face cream?
Try Papaya kojic or licorine base soap/cream.

    These work wonders.

  • What is the best face cream moisturizer out there to use?

I loooove Oil of Olay! It doesnt clog pores and it keeps skin smooooth all day! I live by it and so does my mother!!What is the best face cream moisturizer out there to use?
I use an Avon cream. It keeps your face moist during the winter. What is the best face cream moisturizer out there to use?
Depends on your face type. I've done really well with clean and clear's facial moisturizer, and then recently switched to Oil of Olay's daily facial moisturizer. Both have done wonders for me.
I have tried many creams for my face (from Avon, Ponds, oilOlvay, Mary kay, estee lauder, Clinique, etc) until I was introduced to Arbonne. They have great products for all skin types and they are pure and natural and made from natural plants and oils.

Depending on you age I am 29 and I am using some creams from the Ant-Aging Line and Intelligence Line.

Take a look at the website: www.arbonne.ca

If you would like more info or is interested in the products e-mail and I will be happy to help you..,,if you would like a sample let me know and compare to what you are currently using. ....Good Luck!
Jergen's tinted moisturizer. I love it! Use it everyday!!
I have heard from a couple of sources that the best is good old fashioned cheap Vaseline.
My very favorite is Estee Lauder Hydra Complete. It makes my face so fresh and smooth and keeps it that way all day. Plus it smells wonderful! I know it costs more then drug store brands but it's worth every penny. For a less expensive brand, I recommend Aveeno Radiance. It truly makes your skin radiant and does not clog pores.

Now if money is no object, the absolute best is La Mer. It costs $100 for a small jar but man!!!! it is a miracle cream! You can get a sample at their counter at Saks. A little goes a long way and you will see and feel a difference right away. If I ever strike it rich, that's the moisturizer I'm going for!
In my opinion, Olay is the best. I've used it since I was 13 and now I'm 28 and plan to keep using it.
I love Neutrogena products because they really heal dry skin and are mildly scented, I find most moisturizers smell heavily.

I use the hand cream every morning and that's all I need for the day. Then at night I use on my nails to keep the cuticle soft.

Oh! But we are talking face cream!!!! Sorry, Oil of Olai is the best because it is not heavy and it does not make your face break out :)
Velocity Lightweight Moisturizer from Mary Kay Cosmetics. i love this stuff!
    Clinique works best for me
Either Pond's or Mary Kay. I prefer Pond's though. Some moisturizer's don't exactly protect your skin, they just give it a glow. Though, Pond's actually makes it look healthy and its really rich in mineral oils, and smells real nice! Their cold creams are best to use =)
I like Aveno facial lotion. It doesn't clog my pores at all.
    by far Dermalogica Face Cream.

It moisturizes without leaving and oily feeling after.

Also you should try the Dermalogica Speical Cleansing Gel and Daily Microfolient. Both work like magic!
    Mary Kay
    Mary Kay's Timewise

What is the best face cream to remove puffy eyes but cost less?

What I do for puffy eyes is really quite simple. Put two spoons in the freezer and when you wake up put them on your eyes. Ta da! No more puffy eyes.

It doesn't cost a thing unless you don't have spoons and a freezer, which in that case it could get quite expensive. What is the best face cream to remove puffy eyes but cost less?
No need for the cream. Go all natural. 2 slices of cucumber will do. Refrigerate them before using to maximize the cooling effect. What is the best face cream to remove puffy eyes but cost less?
It's not face cream, but it works really well...

    Preparation H
Zandia is correct, but refrigerate it first, and you will get even better results because the cold will shrink swollen vessels!

Try palmers cocoa butter formula lotion, with vitamin E. Comes at slightly more than your budget but I really dont think your gonna find a satisfying product for your problem at that price. This lasts ages too fyi.
1-2.50 isint a lot.Maybe the boots own brand range or superdrug range.Or the Simple creams are good and cheapish!

is it good to let you skin be without face cream every other day or so? or apply it everyday? When you apply face cream does it let your skin breath?
if you get a good one which really soaks in to your skin ( which is what it's ment to do) n doesnt leave greasy marks on your skin then yes it will. face creams are good for you!!!!When you apply face cream does it let your skin breath?
    i am sorry

I don't think so because it covers your skin
Maybe you could try a face powder.

Its much more breathable, but if you still want to wear cream ask some one at the shop to recommend a more breathable one.

What can you take in your hand luggage when flying? Can you take face creams, water etc? UK?

if you take any liquid, eg water they will make you taste it. not sure about face cream but I dont think you can take aerosols anymore (deodrant etc)What can you take in your hand luggage when flying? Can you take face creams, water etc? UK?
Surely it would make sense to ask the airport you are travelling from. The Heathrow airport website http://www.heathrowairport.com/portal/co鈥?/a> tells you what their staff will allow past security. Assume all other airports will be as strict if you are unable to contact your departing airport. What can you take in your hand luggage when flying? Can you take face creams, water etc? UK?
You cannot take any liquids or creams this includes makeup products unless they are under 100 ml and in a clear zip-lock (self-seal) bag.

I flew to Florida a few weeks ago and they were handing out bags at the airport and asking everyone to throw away anything that didn't fit.

Once you are through the baggage security check area any thing you buy in duty free is allowed on board the plane.
nothing over 100ml and it has to be in a seperate clear plastic bag. but that is as ou go through security, it's ok once you have cleared securtiy.
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4789593.st鈥?/a>
look on here it will tell you all you want just choose any airline web
I just flew delta a couple months ago and you can take small travel sizes of liquids they have to be put in a small plastic zip Lock bag and carried outside your carry on when going through the security checks.

you also have to remove your shoes and everything from your pockets .to be put in the bucket to go through xray.
when traveling now a days you can not take anything liquidised( i.e water) but face cream is fine!!!!

    Hi,

This happens to me as well and I recently found a night cream that, remarkably, does make a difference. It's called ';redness relief'; and its made by Eucerine. Personally I noticed the difference even the first morning I woke up after using it the night before.

I hope this was helpful!Blushing all the time?? Any Face creams?
