Why do most face moisturising creams say ';avoid the delicate eye area';?

Greetings,

Because the eye area is very easy to ';tear.'; It has no natural lubricants as other parts of the face does. Any rough rubbing or touching of the under eye area can cause premature wrinkles to erupt over time.

And many face moisturizing creams are too harsh to use under the eye area.

I hope this explains a bit more. Why do most face moisturising creams say ';avoid the delicate eye area';?
Read the labels on each and every product which could contain chemicals that could harm your eyes .

Moisturizing creams are usually mild and do not hurt the eye area, but the skin under your eyes is more delicate and thin and damage could be irreversable. Why do most face moisturising creams say ';avoid the delicate eye area';?
B/c the ';delicate eye area'; is the skin right under your eye. If you look closely it is really thin and well delicate. Applying acne medicine, face stuff, etc. can cause your eyes to become very irritated b/c it is so sensitive. If you pull or rub that area too much, it doesn't stay as firm and stays that way. over the years it will result in baggy eyes, dark circles, and wrinkles!!
Because it will burn the delicate part around your eye . Why else would they put a warning . ?
i d k ...................do u want me to find out for ya??????????????????????????????????....鈥?it's because of the chemicals that help heel u'r skin...that if they get in u'r eye it can burn a little
