Your skin is basically sensitive skin any cream with preservative will not suit your skin and u might have combination skin. as skin changes with the weather so u have to apply a very light moisturizer and a serum made for sensitive skin. The moisturizer applied by you is not the right one and so u are having breakouts. They are not pimples. Its just a Suggestion For you You can try Lakme Peach milk Moisturizer and try to wash your face with Milk (kaccha milk). this will help you balance your skin. And later on i would suggest you some serum. as of now there are no serums in the market which are good enough for your type of skin...

i have been using Mark Brightening Cream for the last couple of months and my skin has never looked more clear and glowing. It has the slightest shimmer in it and makes your skin very smooth and velvety! It's not going to lighten the skin though.
