Im guessing I broke out because of stress cause I also went to the beach last week and noticed that my face got worst as the days passed. I thought it was a rash at first but I've just realized its acne. What can I do to make the acne go away as quick as possible ?? Are you sure it's caused by stress? Prolonged exposure to the sun can sometimes cause comedones (clogged pores) which leads to acne.
If you've been out on the beach without sunscreen, I'd suggest you start using it. It's not good for acne either, so wash it off when you're back inside.

The best thing I've found is Neutrogena's Oil Free Cream Cleanser (there is a tall container and a short container....you want the tall one) and Terminator spot treatment. The spot treatment will bleach fabrics so be careful but in 2 days you should be good to go (or at least MUCH better). I've tried everything under the sun, even prescriptions and this works better!
